    Pipelines are not the answer to the problem of safe distribution of crude oil. They are expensive, can leak, devastatingly, and to build them requires using eminent domain to seize the property of landowners who may especially their ecological perils since they will be living right over the top of them.
    No, for the moment at least, we will be transporting crude and, unless health and safety regulations are enforced, there will be catastrophic derailments.
    Petition the Federal Railroad Administration to do their job. They are the agency chargers with enforcing railroad health and safety regulations.
