Toyota’s (TM) latest innovation is certainly turning heads at this year’s Geneva Car Show.
The company’s new vehicle, called i-ROAD, is essentially an enclosed, three-wheel motorcycle. And it sports a feature called Active Lean Technology. This never-before-seen technology helps the vehicle lean into bends just like a real motorcycle.
The result is both amazing and terrifying to watch, since it looks like the vehicle will surely tip over in a strong breeze.
But this ability to lean – and the added safety that comes with an enclosed vehicle – might be enough to persuade many motorcycle drivers to say goodbye to their traditional, two-wheel hogs.
