A member of the Wall Street Daily team was recently stuck in Montreal with an empty tank of gas.
So when I saw this recent innovation out of South Korea, I had to share it.
Simply put, scientists have demonstrated that bacteria found in the digestive systems of humans and animals can be reprogrammed to produce a gasoline alternative.
In other words, the next time you run out of gas, a few fingers down your throat might do the trick!
Gross, I know. But it sure beats the status quo – waiting with embarrassment on the side of the road for help or hoofing it to the nearest gas station.
