Would a $10,000 Phone Run Android or Apple’s iOS?

For many consumers who are just entering the smartphone market, they’re facing a tough decision…

Android or iPhone?

However, for luxury phone maker, Vertu, the choice was easy.

According to CEO Perry Oosting, “For us, Android was the obvious choice. It had a 68% market share. And it’s not because we are after market share, but it gives you the level of applications that our customers are demanding. But also, integration with other devices based on Android gives us an enormous opportunity.”

He adds that “Android was giving us the right attention and collaboration to work together.”
