Researchers in Chile Capturing Brainwaves to Control Prosthetics

We’ve already covered how research in Cambridge has led to a promising discovery for those with paralysis.

Now researchers in Santiago, Chile are developing a completely different kind of technology that could help disabled people regain motor function.

Essentially, they’re trying to capture your thoughts with innovative software, and use that to move real objects.

In other words, you’d be able to control objects (i.e. – a prosthetic limb) with your mind.

And you’d never believe what they’re using to test their ideas…
